Generic Return Address
Our packages use a generic corporate return address and sender name. Even if a package is inspected, it appears as standard commercial goods.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Our Reshipment Policy
We understand the anxiety of waiting for medical supplies. If your package does not arrive, we have a straightforward policy:
- Tracking Provided: You will receive a discreet tracking number via email as soon as the label is created.
- Lost in Transit: If tracking shows your package is “Lost” or “Stuck” for more than 10 days, we will offer one free reshipment of the exact order.
- Seized by Customs (International): If your international order is seized by customs, we will reship the order one time for free using an alternative stealth method. (We do not offer cash/crypto refunds for customs seizures).
- Incorrect Address: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
